Academic Degree
You have completed an academic degree in environmental engineering, chemistry, technology, or a related field.
Experience with Waste Management
You have knowledge and experience in waste management, particularly in the collection and processing of special waste. Additionally, you are experienced in managing development projects, including cost calculation and investment profitability.
Willingness to Travel
You enjoy variety in your projects and work environment. Therefore you are willing to travel to other regions of Poland if needed. A category B driver’s license is required.
Language Skills
You are fluent in Polish. English and/or German is an added advantage.
Personal Skills
Your key strengths include analytical and negotiation skills, teamwork, flexibility, and a strong ability to learn.
Technical Skills
You are skilled in using MS Office and similar software programs.
YOUR Mission
Managing Projects
One of your main responsibilities is to manage development projects related to hazardous waste, especially liquid waste – including hazardous and other non-hazardous waste requiring special handling.
Developing Concepts
You develop concepts for new solutions and project locations, handle budget planning, investment costs, and project profitability, and provide comprehensive disposal solutions and offers for industrial clients.
Monitoring the Market
Besides, you monitor the market, prepare market analyses on waste management, and support acquisition processes.
Contracts & Permits
Additionally, you initiate contracts for waste supply and acquisition agreements, and coordinate with authorities to obtain necessary permits.
Compliance Assurance
You ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal documentation by preparing reports, audits, and other documents that reflect progress according to the plan and budget.
Support & Collaboration
You support the Group’s strategic goals by participating in investment and development projects. Moreover, you collaborate with other departments and companies within the Group and maintain the client database.
